Talking About Bodies and Food with Children with Michelle Zagardo

Michelle Zagardo is the mom to an incredible 2 year old daughter and is expecting her second daughter. She runs the Instagram account @foodbodiesfamilies and hosts The Body Competence Podcast, empowering parents to become body competent at the same time that they work to raise kids who have better relationships with food and bodies than they do. She lives with a neurological sleep disorder (called narcolepsy) and is the co-facilitator of a weekly support group for pregnant women and moms managing similar conditions. Michelle lives in Western Maine with her husband, daughter, dog, and two cats.
